1970; graduate school of Osaka university, nuclear engineering (PhD), After that worked for private company of nuclear fuel for 18years, then moved to Shonan Institute of Technology in Kanagawa Prefecture to research the ceramics of dielectrics, thermoelectric semiconductor relating to energy(power ) generation, battery and energy transfer. Establish SIGN water Laboratory (-- no corporate ---2009, Yokohama). Certificates of chief of nuclear fuel treatment (1972) and professional engineer (chemistry,1989). Member of Japan Science and Technology Forum. Since 2013, focused on the research of Water with basic science and applications, and consultant for water, energy and radiation contamination. Now I research a collaboration of thermoelectric material and pico-sized water.
